How to Get Your Education
and Training Reward!
With the education and training Reward, you can earn a payment after passing an education or training course approved by Opportunity NYC. The Reward payment depends on how long the course lasts.
• $300 for completing a 35-70 hour course
• $400 for completing a 71-140 hour course
• $600 for completing a 141+ hour course
What to send in:
1. Coupon. Submit the current work coupon from the Coupon Book.
When you’ve successfully completed your Education/Training course(s),
2. ATTACH documents from ONE of the following categories with your coupon:

A copy of your OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT that shows the number of course hours completed.

A COMPLETED EDUCATION/TRAINING FORM signed by an education/training provider administrator AND a copy of your OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT or CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION.
3. Mail this coupon with your documents in the envelope provided. See the payment cycle calendar for exact submission dates, and mail them by or before the deadline to:

IMPORTANT TIPS:
To earn a Reward, the training or education course must be taken at an approved training or education provider and you must pass the course in order to receive a Reward. Links to approved training and education providers are listed below. Courses must be completed by August 31, 2010 to qualify for Rewards, so register soon!
